You do not need to be a master chef to bake. Some foods you could try are baked abodo/ abolo, bread, muffins, scones, tarts, cakes and so on. If you are interested in healthy eating, try some low fat, low sugar bakes, such as fruit cakes.
Do not leave you oven ideal. Who will you bake for today?

Ghanaian Abodo( low sugar) Abodoo/ Abolo is Ghanaian dish that can be baked or steamed. It can de described as a traditional “bread” baked in leaves called aworom.
Ingredients
4 cups corn
2 medium sweet potatos
1 cup flour
Nutmeg
Sugar-optional
water
Salt to taste
Aworom leaves
To make the dough
Soak the corn in water overnight. Drain, add diced pealed sweet potatoes and mill. ( the sweet potatoes is included to add natural sweetness to the bake)
METHOD
Stir half of the dough on fire until half cooked.
Mix the half cooked dough with the rest of the dough add nutmeg, the wheat floor, salt and sugar (optional).
Add water and stir to a uniform puree consistency.
Scoop into the middle of the aworom leave and wrap.
Put in a medium heated oven until golden brown.
Serve with fried fish, peanuts or stew.
